It looks like it was shot at a place similar to Universal Studios. That was some impressive driving though.

to clarify, yes this was aussie, but I don't believe they were really cops. I think it was being filmed for a movie, as TB pointed out, not AWD, definitely RWD.

It looked like a stunt show to me. Film sets don't generally have bleachers for spectating.

It looks just like the stunt show at Disney World-but with different cars. I bet it is at a theme park. They filmed it and drove around the same way.
