I need to do my spark plugs and even with my current set up I've still been running the BPR7ES's Gapped from around .024-.026. I was wondering if I should step up to the BPR8ES's? If so what should I gap them to? I'm running the Green and all supporting mods with around 23-26psi depending on temps.

Are the BPR8ES's one or two steps colder? I have always heard that for every hundred to gain, you should go down one heat range.

Well I gained a good 100 hp lol. The 8's are 2 steps colder I believe.

Well you don't want to go too cold. just for reference, Chris(mellon) was just telling me yesterday that he went two steps colder( he has 633) and his COP couldnt even fire them. He ended up soaking his plugs in gas, and ruining his mini battery. He went back to one step colder.
