Hey guys I thought it would be fun to have an area to post up picture that you have taken. These pictures do not have to be directly related to Evo's but I would like them to be pictures you personally have taken. No "I found this picture and thought it was cool." Post up and I hope everyone has fun with this thread :)

I'm no pro by any means, but still thought this would be fun. I'll start it off. I had to take a few pictures of wheels and a few cars at work, thought I would post them up.

Thanks, they're ceramic tiles. in hind sight I would have done it with vinyl only because I wouldn't be afraid to crack any. Knock on wood, it's been over 4 years and they look great.

Well that is my friends Z06. We went to the Year One show at Road Atlanta last year & signed up for the parade laps. After I had done my laps I watched my niece while my sister in law & my buddy went out for thier laps. I was on the other side of the pit area so that I could take some pics of them coming down the back straight. Unfortunately that put me completly out of eye sight so I didn't see it happen. I heard the sqealing & the crash & then my heart sank wondering if it was his car that had wrecked. Just then I hear someone ask thier friend "Was that that red Z06". At that point I was al ittle freaked out & went jogging with the baby stroller. Luckily when I got there they both were fine & had no injuries. He had gotten held back a bit & haulled ass down the pit exit to catch up with the other cars & when he got to the end & tried to downshift he missed a gear & the ass end came out on him. With not much room for error the back of the car clipped the wall & spun the front into the wall. He was going way too fast to begin with & was not very experienced with cornering at speed. The Z06 is supercharged so it doesn't take much to get it moving.

Well it's finally running & rolling again. He took it to the frame shop last week. We still have to finnish all the body work & fix all the little things that are sure to pop up.

I'll have to look in to the tile idea. I'm got a DIY epoxy down right now and it serves its purpose, but it's not great. It gets dirty easy and looks pretty rough. The tiles are a good idea. How much did it cost for materials? Are the tiles actually cemented in place and grouted?

I was thinking of getting that epoxy coating for the new house, but I've heard from a few people that it works for the most part but looks pretty crappy after a couple of years.

Maybe I'll do a granite/mable garage floor... haha, pimpness..
Sadly that sh*t will be cold as hell during lower temp days.

Robb, if you do epoxy, there is a way to do it well. For one, nix the paint chips. I got 3 shades of gray chips and the lighter 2 shades are stained badly (from clay). It's also difficult to spread them evenly. Also, do 2 coats to be sure of even, full coverage.

If I did epoxy again, I'd do a simple gloss black/white with no texture. That would look classy.

i liked them for a while as well :-P but in the rain they sucked and then tuning with 5% tint :-P doing 80 with mr. bubble in the car... and can't see the next turn.. think mr. bubble was scared for his life :-P :-P ... i liked them for the looks for alittle while... and then started seeing them everywhere... another black evo on here got them blackIX and then civic hatch's ...new body style sentra's and a few sti's :-P so i was like... i'll go back to blending in from the cops :-P so switch back to 8-10k's and less attention on my car the better :-P

Yup, I do a lot of highline cars (BMW, Mercedes, & Infiniti), but for some reason the only work pics I have are of the Lambos. Well actually not. The pic of the blue truck w/ghost flames & the mustang w/horse on side are both paintjobs I did in the garage/driveway.

Thanks. I really wish I had a longer lens for the cam at work though. those were all taken with a 75-300 3.6 lens ... I'd like a 500.

I hope to be able to get a decent DSLR in a few months. Don't know much about em but I want to learn. I like taking pictures but I hate them always being low quality. Atleast the prices have one down a good bit.

Well I guess in a way. Kinda hard to find Muslim jewlery here in America, but I have a Persian guy that special orders Muslim jewlery for me.
