It's BS. While the guy has a point ... the courts are there to protect and maintain individual rights, his entire argument is subjective.
Speed limits are in place for the safety of everyone traveling on a public road way. That safety is the individual right that the court is protecting in the case of a traffic ticket. Speeding, in any degree, would technically (according to the standards put in place by those who set speed limits) be infringing upon that right to safety.
A speeding ticket is completely valid IF you were speeding. If you were not speeding and can show reasonable doubt in court, by all means fight it. Bit, if you want to pursue subject matter jurisdiction as in the video, it's not worth the time.
