That Evo X was taking his time around the corner in the first vid, but he made up for it by doing a donut in the second vid.

That was one of the champion drivers, Doug "Hollywood" Gore. That's just the exhibition section of the stage...nothing timed as far as I can remember. He's kinda outclassed by the big guns with the WRC Ford Focus rides.
