How do you like your HKS bov? Do you have any problems with it? Are you running it vta or recirc.? As bad as I hate to say it...I love the idea of getting one but haven't fully convinced myself. Btw, that flame pic is badass!!

Also, do you get harrassed for having your tails smoked like that? I think I would get pulled over every 5 seconds in Athens especially having a black car with all black tails. But I just can't help thinking how hot mine would look smoked. Are they painted or covers?

I love the HKS bov actually, I am running VTA with the EIDS. It does not stall that much but does occasionally which is annoying. You have to learn how to watch your rpms while driving which can be a pain. I think its worth it. As for the tails, they are painted and I have never once been pulled over for them. They are still transparent so you can see them at night and even clearly see the amber turn signal. They are not 100% black so I do not run into problems with them. They do appear to be a bit foggy up close at night due to the light reflecting off of the paint on the lenses. They look incredible during the day though.

That intake heat shield, did you make it or did it come with your intake?

It's a custom heat shield ... well, kinda. Morgan Performance Fabrication makes them, but they are kind of a one-off part specifically for the K&N intake and adapter (non Typhoon). It will probably fit any adapter and filter kit w/ a 5" inlet. His website is http://www.mpfab.com. The owner's name is Walker. He's an awesome guy.

here are a coupple pics i took this morning at 545 after realizing that on my way to work that my car got egged last night so i had to wash it!!!!!

I think they are the reason why I said that is becuz I bought the car with the rims on it already. I look at a pic of advans rs and my rims doesn't have the logo on it like the advance do so I'm guessing its Rota g-forces.
