my goal for my car is, autox/ track car, mountain runs, I wanna keep the stock wheels but with cheap Daily drive tires, and then get a set of rims and tires which i can switch out to autox on, I've been looking at a few wanted a light rim liked the look of the Work emotion wheels but didn't get specs on it. Wanted also to stick near a gold/ bronze look on the rims have a black car.
Questions
1. What size should i Stick to? 17,18's? for most handling
2. and what size tires should i stick to? stock 235/45/17 for the new wheels?
3. And any websites that I could look at for details on wheels and tires
4. Would i need any wheel spacers, and what kinda offset do i need to stay around basically needed schooling on wheels
Stock Suspension, stock shocks

The slipstreams remind me of hondas too much. I do love the work emotions. They are very reasonably priced too. I like the rota svn (volk re30 replica) http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=253049. These are one of my top 3 rim choices when I get some extra cash.

The 18's may give you better handling but without the AYC on our American Evos, quality tires are a must especially if you really want to enjoy your car. The new Bridgestone Potenzas as well as the Toyos are good tires. The Yokohama Advans are excellent. Just make sure that your treadwear is around that 180 - 200 mark on the Z rated tires.
There are so many rims to choose from now. Privat also has some cool rims. Volk too. With the exception of the forged, lightweight BBS rims, I'd have to go with a deep lip rim for everyday street use if I was going up with size to plus 1(18's)

The Falken Azenis RT615 is a real nice tire for the $$ too.. I have them on my car and they are great.. The treadwear is 200, so they handle well and should last around 15-20k with street driving.. I run 245/40R18s...
On the spacers and fender rolling etc.. It just really depends on the wheel you go with.. I'd recommend figuring out which wheel you want, finding the best offset and width and going from there.. for example, my Enkei RPF1s are 18x8.5 +30s and don't require any spacers or fender rolling with the 245/40R18s but it is CLOSE!! Any bigger and I would have had to roll the rear fenders for sure, may not even be a terrible idea anyways.. Lower offset wheels look pretty sick but are more extreme when trying to get them to fit and usually require spacers/fender rolling to fit.. Also depends a lot on how wide of a tire you go with..
i think if you would upgrade wheels.... go with something bigger than stock! or else just keep the stock if your getting one same size!
18.9 or 9.5 would do nice with 255 .... nice drop and suspension setup you will grip like crazy man!!
