Should I paint my rims?

I have been thinking about painting my stock rims for a while. I wanted to get rid of some scuffs on the rims due to my car's previous owner. I wonder what thoughts y'all had on this. I will probably spray paint them if I do it. A lot of people spray their stock rims black. I also thought about gunmetal, bronze or something dark in general. Any suggestions or opinions?

I love dark/black wheels, but TB Evos look like the batmobile with solid black wheels. Maybe that's a plus? :cool:

A dark grey would be nice. Not a fan of bronze but to each and their own.

The black Evo I just detailed had its BBS's painted white. Actually looked pretty good. If nothing else I'd go with the color of the SE BBS's.

Now in a serious note. I just think gold looks awesome in black or white car. Just my opinion. But a glossy black would look hot aswell. :D

I would really love to get them painted with the finish on the SE rims. Is that possible? Otherwise, I'll be going with gunmetal or black. All I'd need then would be the head and taillights blacked out. I already have the black leather interior.

Murdered out FTW. I have thought about this too. I actully like the stockers but would like dark rims. I will probably get mine PC's someday. That way it is more resistant to chipping like paint!

To get back on topic. I want to buy Rynowariors wheels , but I'll probrobly paint them gold after a while unless I fall in love with the blacked out look. Ideally I'd like the Advan RGII's in gold, but thats way outa price range.

I'm waitin on me too. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to spend money on getting tuned so I can pass emissions & then my tag is $360. Not to mention the $169 I spent today on the expired tag ticket I got Super Bowl Sunday. Sucks cause that s alot of what I would have needed. :(

if they cant he has said before that butler tire does a good job. im sure he can lead you in the right direction. and probably under normal driving conditions you probably wouldnt scrub the fenders. maybe its time to upgrade the suspension? lol. jk. im sure it is an easy fix. you havent been scrubbing have you? just under harder cornering/driving conditions right?
