Well my car was supposed to go into the shop this Friday to get all my goodies installed, but we're having a problem with GSC and getting the cams. If they don't hear anything tomorrow from them tomorrow than I'm going with the HKS 272's. This isn't really a bad thing, but I'm sorta pissed my car isn't going in the shop Friday as the HKS cams wont be in until Mid next week, so I won't be able to get the car in the shop until next Friday which is also the Friday I'm moving into my new apartment. Its going to be a busy weekend next week...

Preaching to the choir man. 1 week extra wait is not that bad. Imagine the kind of delays I have had to go through this past 4 months. Every week its something different. It seems like something is delayed every week which pushes things back at least 2 weeks every time. Im hoping my car will be up and running soon, but Im in the same boat as you are, delays...

Yea, but most of your delays are because you keep deciding to do new things lol.

not true. I simply keep adding things because everything else is taking so long. Not one of the delays has been because of me adding anything. The major delays have been the block itself, the intake manifold, the turbo, and the cams. With the exception of the cams, I did not change any of those, and if I had stayed with the JUN's as planned then I would be waiting an additional 2-3weeks more than I am now. Most of my add ons have been stuff like cf hood, cf lip, cf side spats, custom suade interior, SE MR seats, and custom dash pieces. That stuff has nothing to do with my delays, its just a way of me entertaining myself while my car is down.

Even when installing things myself, I have always found that something unforseen will always come up. It never fails. It's probably worse for shops because they have to wait for parts(which is out of their control). When it is all said and done, you'll look back and think that it really wasn't that much time.

Just think of it like this, the longer you wait, the better something is in store for you in the future. Patience is no virtue; patience is a reward.

Just trying to help. I can't even imagine the pain Ryan is going through. :(
