Very nice! Whens the car supposed to be finished? Also where did you get the EVC VI and how much? I'm getting tired of having to pop my hood in the morning, afternoon and night to change my boost...

The car should be done end of April or beginning of May. The motor is done and AMS is supposed to ship everything to us next week. We're just waiting for AMS to complete the testing of the HTA37R. I got the EVC through Forged as they are a HKS dealer. It costs $600, so its not a cheap unit at all. Its not a good investment if you just need a basic unit to control your boost. Its good for track use and for those people who like to be able to switch between several boost maps and many other features.

That fine. I'll have two boost settings (pump and alky). I may just go with the Profec B Spec II. I had it on my 240sx and loved it. It only has two boost settings, but thats all I need.

It just looks better and better. You definitely need the cf side spats to finish off the look.

What is the difference with the different HIDs? Are the Evo's that bad?

They are just uneven sorta (best way to describe it). I mean look at the HID's from a TSX/S2000 and those of the Evo. the TSX/S2000 look brighter and have a more even bean. It could be the solution to the f'ed beam on the JDM headlights.

I dont know if I would be comfortable with messing with genuine JDM projectors, they cost $725.

Walter, please tell me you kidding... :D no motor in car= higher front :P

Oh, and s2000 > TSX

lol I don't care. I just want the better ones lol. How much does he charge? I live in Reno, so I'd have to send my headlights off.
