I regret to inform everyone that as of last week I have taken a job overseas with ING (http://www.ing.an/). As some of you already know, I took a trip out of the country to Curacao. While it may have appeared that I was leaving for vacation, this is not entirely true. I have been hired by ING's marketing divison for a position (and salary) that I simply cannot turn down. I will withdraw from GT at the end of this semester and finish my last semester at the International College of Commerce in the Netherlands (http://www.iccglobal.org/pages_nl/index_nl.html) in the fall.

What does this mean to the community? Unfortunately, the members and moderators I have spoken to are unable to continue running the site. This includes performing daily maintenance and day to day business duties. Additionally, the support from our vendors and members is no longer enough to financially support the community. I have paid for one additional month of service. At the end of this month I have instructed the host to pull the plug on our server and call it a day.

It has truly been a pleasure working with everyone. There is much to reflect upon but I am not one for long posts. Few things have pleased me as much as bearing witness to the growth of this community. We have all had a chance to hang out, talk shop and turn wrenches. We've all had our fair share to drink too :) Please do not let this announcement deter you. I want to see the Southern Subaru community continue from where I have left it off. I have already spoken with Tim of evolutionm and we will be receiving a Southern section on their forum to help make this transition a bit easier.

I wish you all the best of luck in the future and hope to see some of you pay me a visit down in the islands :)

While up here I have had a reno, eclipse, and now a focus. Two good things came out of it though. I don't have to pay for the rentals, and my wife said and I quote " I never really noticed how good the evo is, yeah its worth all the money!" Score for me!:D:D:D:D

As soon as we find an 02-04 RSX type S in blue. Shes getting to the point where she'll settle for Silver as they are easier to come by. Also gas here will hit 4 dollars a gallon before it'll hit it there, so shes wanting to get something with better gas mileage ASAP.
