Fender liner

I noticed today, when changing my oil, that my driver side fender liner rubs some on my axle. I have my under panel tray taken off so the fender liner doesn't have anything to hold on to so it just flaps in the wind. It doesn't look like it's hurting anything. Any opinions?

Is there a way you could make it not rub?

I remember seeing that during the exhaust install. I would say either cut it off or buy a new one. The reason its flapping is because it has been severely damaged. Mine doesnt flap like that because it is not damaged and I dont have an undertray either.

Hmmm....I think I'll just cut that small section off for now and buy new fender liners later.
