Hey guys! While I was patrolling the detailing forums I ran across this product. This stuff has been used quite a while by many detailer's and it requires very little water. All you need to do is to do a pre-soak by splashing the car with a bucket of water and then fill the bucket with 2 gallons of water and a cap full of the No-Rinse car wash (http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-no-rinse.html). You can fill the bucket inside the house and that way you get by the "no watering outside rule" going on right now. Check it out and they also have bigger bottles than the one posted in the link.
