Just ordered over $400 bucks worth of detailing stuff for my Xmas gift :D! Can't wait to get it! Dont think ill be detailing my car here until it warms up though since the HIGH is 28 F'in degrees!!!

Anyways... Heres all i bought:

Lake Country Pads for the Ultimate detailing machine
Collinite #845 wax
Menzerna Intensive Polish
Menzerna Final Polish
Menzerna Finishing Glaze (Menzernas stuff was developed by Mercedes to use with their ceramic clear coats. The paint alone weighs over 100 pounds on these cars and is UBER tough... Ask me how i know... :()
Detailers Pride Interior products and pad cleaner
and then various microfiber products

If your interested in this stuff check out www.autogeek.net and then if you want to see the results from the Menzerna polishes check out EvoM and look up member Mitchubishi.

Too bad you're all the way over in Reno. You'd have your work cut out for you over in Ga.

Although, it's probably better(business-wise) to be in Reno since y'all aren't under a drought.

Im really debating bringing my stuff with me when i come to visit and do a car or two. If I can bring the product onto the plane without them thinking im trying to make a bomb ill do it lol. Also if its not too cold... The HIGH here is 35 at the hottest and lows are getting into 18 degrees.

Like i stated on a previous thread ill be doing these at discounted prices since im not sure how long it will take me to do a car. It also depends on how much correction (swirls and such) that needs to be done. Im thinking a good starting place would be 100 bucks. Everyone ive talked to on the detail forums is saying that a wash, clay, polish, glaze, and sealant takes around 3-5 hours and they charge around 300+ dollars. It normally took 3 hours to do it by hand and I had fairly good results (ask Ryan, Ed and Dylan... Why have I only done blue cars back in GA? lol), but with the buffer it'll take longer and look a hundred times better. If you dont want that much down ill go down in price. This includes interior too BTW.

Ill contact the airlines and see if i can bring the stuff on the plane if the stuff comes in on time. Let me know who would be interested to judge interest.

About once a month we get a teaser shower. It is getting pretty bad lately.

Wow... I thought i had read online that ya'll had gotten an inch of rain? Weather.com must have lied. It may have just been in Cobb though.

Think of it like this. The amount of humidity in your bathroom after a 5 minute shower = the amount of humidity and precipitation we've had this month.

That really sucks! I mean GA is supposed to get drier in the winter, but DAMN! It'll get better though. They had a really dry year out here last year (didnt get any snow or anything until late January, early Feb). This year its been wet as hell so far lol.
