I need the specs (thread length, size, pitch) for the 14mm bolts in the manifold to turbo flange. There are 2 nuts on the front, and 2 bolts on the back ... One of the bolts in mine snapped and I'm ordering replacements from McMaster-Carr today if I can get specs.

Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure what they are but I usually take whatever I'm trying to match to Lowes. There's a board haning up in the hardware section that you can thread your hardware into and it will show you the thread size and pitch. Then all ya gotta do is measure the length. I had to do this when I was replacing alot of the hardware in my engine bay with SS bolts.

Yeah, I know. But the one I have that's not broke is difficult to get to and I have no tools. Trying to get this order done today so I can get my alignment done asap. I can get it out and measured tonight if I need to while I'm down at EPM.

I just bought a set of easy-outs and am weighing buying taps/dies when I get paid Friday. I've needed them too many times recently to not have any. I've got to back out the turbo bolt and the 4 bolts in the camber plates that broke yesterday. No clue if the turbo bolt will come out at all ... might have to drill and tap it larger.

might not be any help but...

can't you use the nut off the front one go to acehardware have them match the pitch, and thread length? which it should be the same as the rear bolt... and eye ball the length of the other one?

i could be wrong/if that makes sense...

I've considered that ... I think they are the same, but I'm not sure. Not sure if it will even matter as I feel like I might have to oversize the hole once it's out. The threads are basically welded in there from heat and pressure. When you bolt broke, the threads were just completely gone for a few mm before the break.

So, I guessed and placed an order ... lol. I went with an M10, 1.5, 30mm flange bolt (21mm flange, 15mm head) and go some 19mm washers just in case the 21mm flange is too large for the indention in the stock manifold. We'll see how it goes ...

Yeah, I thought so too. M8 seemed small, M12 is definitely too big since it's a 14mm bolt. then, looking at different options, the 1.5mm pitch is the most common for an M10. Also, the fact that the flange bolts only came in a 1.5mm in the M10 helped ... lol. then, I figured it was about 22mm of material between the manifold and turbo and I needed some overlap, so 30mm sounded right.
