Hey guys,
We just got done fixing and tuning a local 42r Evo. The car was brought to us with an electrical issue and wouldn't run. After a short diagnosis and fixing a few wires the car went on the dyno.
We maxed the 1600cc injectors out on E85 at only 30psi of boost, but feel the car made pretty good power.
Here are a few pictures and a dyno video.
Enjoy! :D

Wow! Where were you guys this past weekend. I didn't see the GT2 at road Atlanta on Saturday. I have a guy at my dealer with a stock DME 996, what can you guys do as far as dyno tuning?

Unfortunately we had way to much going on this weekend as far tuning to make it out to the track.
As far as the 996 goes we can do a full custom tune on it just like we did on our GT2, he should see some pretty impressive gains. Have him give us a call and Ill work him into the schedule.

nice, very nice, I think I would lose the E85 and go with race fuel and max the turbo out, : ) but thats me

↑↑↑ its really close if not a little more you are correct. However it takes a MUCH more intense fuel system to run 45psi on E85 than on Q16. That was the limiting factor.

LOL....Yeah don't I know it. I'm dreading having to do a double pumper system if I want more power. I'm hoping a Bosch inline fuel pump will be enough. With E I'm lucky if I see over 200 miles to the tank.
How much is Q16 per gallon? That would've been my limiting factor. LOL. So switching to race gas will allow for more boost (Since fueling will be adequate)?

The price of Q16 actually fluctuates with the price of gas, which is funny because its a totally synthetic fuel. It runs anywhere from $12.00 to $14.00 a gallon.

Which is exactly why although I'm dreading it I will be doing at least an lne fuel pump in tandem with my Walbro if I cross over the 450ish mark.
