Have GoBoost's BR 4.5 FMIC on now...and a FWGA w/ red spring sitting in my trunk..another tune is in my future when TopSpeed's schedule can fit me in. :) Need to hold boost longer and get rid of the annoying overboosting that comes into play because of the weak stock WGA spring.

DLL is fines as well. I will update the op. If it has different modes state which one that you are using.
TouringBubble

Not really modes ... but it will do SAE correction or no correction on the numbers. As all of the log-based calculators, it could be skewed to read higher/lower based on weight/weather, etc. I guess the results will be viewed with a skeptical eye as usual, but it is what it is. =)

Also, IF I can stay working. When I come back, but before leaving for basic I will be putting it on the corn crack. I want 500whp, and as high of torque while being safe. the wife and I talked bout it, and it would suck to finally pay off my ebo and not know if the car is safe. since she will be staying in Utah, and they only have 91oct....(this VS putting it in storage until I am done inMAY 2011) What they do have is the crack. Plus, she is finally ready to learn to tame the beast.

I would also like to add, for the people whom questioned the Ecu-controlled boost.
I am extremely happy I went with Tamer, and do feel he is a better tuner. but going with Tamer, and ecu controlled boost, I picked up more HP AND TQ sooner. If you compare the two charts, my last tune and MBC versus new tune and ECU. its crazy.

NICE!!! im torn between a black and red....im wanting 500+ ish on e85
My opinion on that, and its just that my opinion. If you have neither, go BLACK. More power potential for later, more power at less boost for now. The prices are so close, to ME its a clear winner.
I have have my Red since oct 08, installed in Jan 09. I refuse to go black until i build my block. I figured by the time i want to upgrade, they will likely have the FP Chrome or some shit.
also, the Red can do 500+ on the corn its the torque you'll want to keep down on stock block
mike.p
05-05-2010, 05:28 PM
bwhahahaha...but seriously i was 75% leaning towards the black so that just made me 100%...LOL but thats what i was thinking to myself is it still will be plenty of turbo when i build the block..now the question is do i want to run a ported mani and have that stock look or do i wanna run a baller as mani like shearer or fullrace..lol
Evolvedgti
05-05-2010, 05:35 PM
for me I went ported/coated. for me, I couldn't justify 1100$ for the shearer for +21, when the BR ported/coated still gave me about 10 for <195$
Now, I will also say, that when I do the black/block(likely next year after basic/AIT if I can). I will probably go with the Mona lisa. Because at that point, I'll have 550+ maybe 6. and i will want the baller looks, plus more top end of the tubular

With the new Tephra V7, you don't need any extra hardware. I've been using a physical switch for a while, so I still use it. It's the one sold by Buschur and build by JoT as mentioned. With V7 you can use the throttle as a switch. You just have to sacrifice the valet rev limit function.
You can run E85 on 780cc injectors, but you'll just have to back off the boost up top. You won't be able to max out the turbo up top and you'll have to find power with fuel and timing instead. But, I generally recommend at least 1000cc injectors (preferably 1200), especially if you plan to go to a larger turbo.

I wouldn't say that. A dyno just shows what you've done to the car power wise. You've probably got more interior or suspension mods than the next guy. Either way is fine to me. Last time mine was dyno'd it made 542/464, not much but a little something. Was on a Mustang Dyno, 93 oct w/ 50/50 meth mix at 28psi. If I can find the dyno sheet or get in touch with my buddy I will post it up. I am looking at getting tuned again when I get home though 1d10t and I are doing our springs and retainers together. Big fun, lol.....
Good numbers! Look and see if you can find your dyno sheet
