Official Roll Out to Caffeine and Octane Meet March 7th

Its an early Sunday meet that has exotics, highend L&E, muscle cars, classics, and etc. Its held the first Sunday of each month. There is a thread about this event with pics. Also you can the a Youtube keyword seach of Cars and Coffee to get an idea what its all about.

PLACE- THE AVENUE EAST COBB
Shopping Center
4475 ROSWELL ROAD (GA-120), EAST COBB
(3/8 MILE EAST OF JOHNSON FERRY ROAD)
TIME- 8:30 TO 11:00 AM
DATE- Sunday March 7th

*Lets meet at Forged and roll in together. Can we get at least 10 evos? Who's in?

We can go here after the Caffeine and Octane Meet. The timing works out perfect and we can roll there as a group. Eitherway, Im going after the meet.

WHEN: Sunday, March 7, 2010

WHERE: Silverdollar Raceway in Reynolds, GA

TIME: Gates open @ 10am and racing begins @ 11am. Quick 8 Eliminations will begin approximatly @ 1pm. Racing will end between 4pm and 5pm depending on racers & the track.

TECH CARDS: Tech cards cost $15 if you pre-register. PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS MARCH 5th! Tech cards will go up in price @ the track to $20. So, register early, save your spot, and save yourself some money!!!

GATE FEE: Silverdollar charges a fee of $10/person to get in their gate. This is not related to your tech card price. This includes all spectators as well as racers.

We define our event as:
a gathering of many enthusiasts and street legal racers who caravan out to Reynolds, GA to tune, grudge match, and compete against others, with prizes being awarded to the top places in the Quick 8 elimination.

We need to get there by 8:30 to get good spots. These people are serious about getting there early. I got there at 9:50 and it was thinning out, and by 10:50 there was about 40% of the cars.

People need to be at Forged at 7:30 to 8:15 AM and then leave Forged at 8:15. It'll take about 15 minutes to get down there from Forged, it's just pretty much just down Roswell road.

That's just my suggestion.

I have an autocross that day but I don't know yet if I will be in the morning runs or afternoon ones. Hopefully it will be the afternoon ones so I can attend this meet.

We have to do it again next month. Oh and next month it's going to be on the second Sunday (April 10th) of the month only because of Easter. Then it will resume to first Sunday again.

I say we do the same thing and meet at Forged and Roll out again, hopefully next time we won't have a COBB county blockade...LOL
