Why does the exhaust look weird?

The exhaust does look weird. It wasn't sitting that low when I gave it to them. I wonder if they adjusted it somehow. I also noticed that they adjusted the placement of the gauges. The sun shades are turned the wrong way and the wideband gauge is tilted.
