i got mines done today... it took about an hour - hour half. (sucks w/o a lift)
did motor oil, tranny, transfercase, and rear diff.
the car had some redline crap in it which i hated. and hated even more when i drained it and saw what came out of it...
it was the nastiest shit i have ever seen come out of a car. all gunky and goopy.
i changed to AMSOIL stuff. thanks to tray.
cant really say right now it runs better ... but definately shifts better.
for you people running redline shit in their car CHANGE IT NOW~!
i wish i could have taken a picture when it was draining... but i didnt so sucks for you.

oh FYI the fluids had about 10k on them.
so its not goopy and gunky cuz its old. and it was a easy driving 10k miles. (way less than a year)
when i did my fluid change on the amsoil stuff it was almost like the new stuff coming out.

wudden meh. lol
redline is ok if you change the fluid as soon as you put it in.
it cost me some time and 1/2 bottle of brake cleaner.
oh and 2 cans of pepsi. along with 5 and half sheets of blue shop towel.

you gonna need atleast 9.
8 if youget lucky
and i also have a pump that attaches to the amsoil bottle so it made it a lil easier. less drip. i dont like the ol fashion pump.
im sure tray can get you the pump too... its like $10.
well worth it. you dont waste any fluids that way

Jesus... Thats awesome Joey!!! lol
I used Redline, but I had to... Its getting really notchy though and close to 10k, so I'm going to be switching to the Amsoil. My car has almost 80k on it, so I thought it time to step up to the best that I can get.

well just plan on cleaning the insides real well...
i pumped the fluid in with the drain plug off so i can wash off the old stuff with my new fluids. i used extra fluid but i didnt want the old stuff in there.
next time ima take it off and clean the whole thing.

I've seen some rough looking stuff in transmissions using Redline. Trae's transmission looked like he was running guacamole for fluids. I've used AMSOIL for probably 12k and it's great. But I'm a fan boy I guess ...

The only negative thing I can say about AMSOIL in the tranny is that it is quite notchy in the winter ... especially 1-2. But put about 5 miles on it and it's like butter again.

^ its hella better than redline. trust me. it kinda shifts like the MR tranny with stock fluids now.
i miss my 6 spd.
and the dirty stuff was in the TC mainly...
