As I stated in my other thread I recently fixed my slow spool issue and picked up roughly 500-600 RPMs of spool and as I found last night I picked up a SHIT TON of torque! After tuning I made 327whp and 320 torque on a Mustang dyno. This is also at 4500 feet and 91 octane. I've never felt my car have so much torque. I launched it last night when I raced against a buddy and all 4 just lit up for a good while and I had a good bit of torque steer (if thats what you want to call it) and lit em up again banging into 2nd. I'm really stoked! Even though I don't really like drag racing theres an event this weekend at top gun raceway (NHRA track) that I'm going to since its only 10 bucks to race and see what she'll do.

congrats. tripp those are great numbers on the camel piss. It is really good when you can match hp & tq. kudos to you for picking great shit, and your tuner for his keyboard work. :)

lol Thanks Jon and agreed! This is one of the reasons why i'm considering going meth... lol. We actually can get VP 93 and 100 from the pump, but its 5.99 and 7.99 a gallon respectively... lol, but in all honesty I'm very happy with these numbers and am hoping to hit a high 11's. The consensus seems to be that down at sea level in Sacramento that it knocks off roughly .3-.4 seconds off your time, so even if I hit a 12.3 that should be an 11.9 there.

haha, nice! way to cheat the 1/4 system.
On a serious note, nice power/torque! Sounds like a very fun setup ;) Let us know how the strip goes...the drag strip that is.

Are you running the Tephra NLTS mod? that was good for .2 off my 1/4 time. 12.5 to 12.3 just from saving spool time on shifts.

Ryan... I'm sure you'd like to see how my strip would go... :p. I don't have the NLTS mod. I really don't feel comfortable flat foot shifting and I still need to get my launch down.

With the NLTS mod, it's not what you think "flat shifting" is. The injectors cut when you shift so there is no banging the limiter or shock to the drivetrain. Just a smooth upshift, but faster.

Really? I didnt know this. I may have to have it put on my ROM then and surprise everyone out there :D. I still keep my foot planted though between shifts correct?

Yes. With the NLTS you keep the gas floored, push the clutch in & shift. when you push the clutch in your RPMs will drop a pre set ammount instead of continuing to rev. I think mine is set to drop 1000 RPMS. Most of the time you will complete the shift before your revs even hit that mark. I love this setup & use it a lot more than I thought I would. It actually seems to make the car shift smoother cause you don't seem to get all the slack in your drivetrain between shifts. It's definately worth checking out.

I actually live in Reno, but I'll be heading to Sacramento raceway eventually. I was there about a month or so ago. Its also where the nearest Chick-fil-a is :D.
Thanks for the clearification Shunder. I'll be uploading it soon!
