After a little over 4 months it finally came. I plan on putting it on later tonight and hopefully can get it tuned tomorow. Here are a few pics I just took. Enjoy! :D

lol! Ya, I probably will be like that. Any of you are welcome to come to the tuning tomorow. Ill be up at Dyno4mance around 11ish for the tuning, I wont qite hit 500ish yet, it will closer to 450ish on a dynojet 390-400ish on the dynamics dyno aka "the heartbreaker" lol
Ill post up the dyno graphs as soon as I have them available. We have run into a few minor problems during the install, so Im not quite done. We currently have the old turbo off but a few of the bolts are rusted onto the hotside and o2 housing, so we have to get them off. :?

small update. Im not posting my graphs quite yet because they are not entirely done yet. We were unable to do the meth injection tuning because I had the wrong nozzle size and the wrong methanol :? The upside is I picked up 50whp and 70wtq on a dynamics, but as I said, they are not done yet. Oh and the inlet temperature on the dyno was 134 degrees..... Ya, hot as hell. the atmosphere thermostat was reading 108 degrees. So I think the numbers will get better once it cools down. As for the performance itself, there is around 3-400 rpms of additional lag, which is not terrible. It pulls like a freight train, seriously pins you to your seat. Overall Im happy with it but expected a bit more as far as numbers go. The meth tuning should get me a bit closer to my target. Ill keep you all posted.

Sounds like it's coming along. It will be a beast in the mountians! I bet it will be very intense pushing through the turns with all that power. Are you having to adjust to the power with your driving style?

Actually no, the reason I chose to go with this turbo was because of my driving style. I easily could have gone with a 35R but that turbo is not really designed to work well in the mtns, its more of a straight line beast. The green is incredibly powerful, but controlable, and not overpowering.

Finally an update!!! :lol: Glad to see the turbo is netting some worthwhile gains. Everything ive seen on EvoM has shown maybe 30-40 hp and same torque, but those numbers w/o meth are impressive! You were already laying down in the low 300 (310) or so on Andrews dyno right? So with meth you should be well over 400. Have you thought about porting the factory manifold? It should get you those 3-400 rpms back and a little bit more hp! You better post a video when its all done man!

Im actually going to go with a full race tubular manifold, it costs around 1200 or so, but the gains are about 10-15 hp and tq over a ported stocker. I was going to get a few videos up but I lost my camera... I think it may be at Fahims but im not sure. Ill keep you guys posted, the meth should be done next weekend hopefully.

Sorry Tripp! Just saw this. I dont have many good pics of it installed. It kinda looks like the factory turbo except bigger and polished lol. The final numbers were 405whp/ 385wtq. I still have a few things left. I want to do both manifolds, tb, and im still on the stock o2 housing, which I also want to have done. My original goal was 450. I think with those things done I will get pretty close. However, I just made a major purchase for the car today. Stay tuned, Im not going to tell you what.

What the hell else could you buy for the car!? Also i thought your original goal was 400 on a dynojet. You've gotta be making close, if not over, 450 on a Dynojet.

I was quoted 2-3 weeks. boostplanet.com I dont believe supplies the turbo I went with. The wait was global, not just with Buschur. Forced Performance (FP) makes the turbos, so everyone was waiting on them.

I should. I need to get my hands on a little more money, I bought this mod and now I am tight on money for the month and Christmas.... what a stupid I am... but Im sure everything will work out in the end.
