Hey guys I need some help with my new throttle body. I bout the Skunk2 68mm TB. where the TPS connect to the throttle body it leaks. obvious answer check and make sure that it's tight. Totally did that, but when i did, and i got back in my car to drive it, and hit the gas my RPMs spiked to 3000 and stayed there wouldn't come down untill i moved adjusted my TPS. The idle went back to normal but when i hit the gas again it did the same thing. so i loosened the TPS again and it stoped but i have a boost leak cuz of it, and i know i'm not getting full potentail out of the TB, or my evo. Got beat by a Mustang Cobra and i'm not very happy about that! can you guys help me out!?!?!?!?!

I'm not familiar with that TB, but I remember seeing a few posts about them leaking on Evom. I think it's a common issue with them. Just serch it on Evom & see what others are doing to fix the leak.

That's unfortunate. Skunk 2 used to make decent stuff for Hondas.

Yeah well i realized that the Shaft Seal shouldn't leak wether the TPS is plugged into it or not. soooooooo make sure that you let your buddies know that the Skunk 2 Throttle Body is a piece!!!!!!
