Royally pissed... Not Evo related...

So here a quick run down for those you have forgotten or those who are new. Long and short of it is my GF of almost 5 years left me for another dude. 4 months after we split she decides to hit me with a bullshit restraining order because I threatened to take her to small claims for rent she owes me. I go to court for the restraining order and really underestimated the severity of the matter, so I represented myself and she had a lawyer. Of course I lost. I have to take 6 months of BS self help classes, I now have a domestic battery charge on my record (never went to jail or have ever been to jail for anything) and I put in for an appeal and now have my own lawyer and should have no problem getting it dropped (just waiting on court date). I did win the small claims case though and got my money!!! Quick funny story is when in court for the small claims case that judge even asked my ex why she waited 4 months to hit me with the restraining order and even do so after her and I haven't even had any contact other than email for over a month. To which she responded "I didn't feel threatened until now..." Yea... lol. To the new guys if you don't believe I'm innocent seeing as you don't know me Ryan and many others can vouch for me. I loved this woman with all my heart and soul.

This is where it really affects me in the short term. As stated I have to sign up for these court ordered self help classes and it seems I will not be making it to GA in August as originally planned. So I won't be able to get there til Xmas which will make it over a year since I will have last visited my mom and friends and it will be costing me money since some of you have expressed interest in wanting me to detail your cars when I get out there. This also sucks as there are still many of you I haven't met and those that I know well from being on here for so long (jktripp, evolvedGTI, etc.) that I would have loved to have meet when I come into town. What this does add up to is more "ammo" that I can take with me when I sue her for harassment, pain and suffering, lawyer fees, etc. Which I will be doing once I get this case dropped.

I know everything happens for a reason and God wouldn't put me through something I can't make it out of on top, even if it does take a while. To everyone who has given me support on this in the past thank you guys/gals again from the bottom of my heart and again I'm sorry I won't be out there to detail or more importantly just to hang out with you guys. Just keep your fingers crossed that I get a court date SOON and can get these charges dropped, so I no longer have to take these classes and can make it out to GA this summer still!

On a final note I was talking to a friend of mine and evo guy here in Reno about all this and him and his wife both came up with a great solution! Since his bday and mine are so close together were going to be taking the short drive down to Vegas to party it up! So far its looking like Him, his wife, our mutual friend Chris who is from Vegas and I will be heading down there. We also have mutual friends in Vegas already and I'm going to Los Angeles this weekend to meet up with an old female friend from high school (who has expressed that she has always found me attractive and I'm staying at her place and its her bday this weekend ;)), so I'm going to convince her to come along and meet us there as well! So there seems to be some sort of a silver lining to this cloud already lol.

All women are crazy.....seriously I'm not joking. My wife of 11 years is bonkers. It all depends on if you can deal with your lady's level of crazy....evidently the girl you are referencing is in a class all on her own.

My buddy is dealing with a similarily crazy woman in Toronto. They dated for a few weeks. He used a condom every single time but she still ended up "pregnant". He didn't believe it could've been his but didn't express this. He wanted to be there for her and man up (until the baby was born and he could verify the child really was his) and she broke up with him and said she doesn't want his help. It almost like she just wanted a sperm donor.

Then he gets hit with child support, he has paternity test done (its positive so this means she somehow harvested his sperm most likely) and they worked out court ordered visitation rights for him because he hasn't seen his child yet. The 1st couple of weeks he was supposed to have his son she pretends she isn't home and comes up with a BS reason why he can't see his kid.

Finally he went over there the 3rd or 4th time he tried to get his kid she looked out the window and said she straight wasn't going to see him....so he repeated "Ok so you won't let me see my kid....cool" Walks off....pissed but he doesn't want to catch a case.

THE NEXT DAY....police show up to his house to take him to the station for questioning. They said she called the cops because she was afraid for her life. They said that she said he ran when she told him she called the cops (She didn't say anything to him about this and he was calmer then I would've been...she was just trying to set him up) and wanted to file a restraining order.....is this BITCH 4 REEL. So he's decided that he is just going to have a 18 year child note for a child the mother obviously wants him to have zero relationship with.

Women man....seriously I'm a pretty pragmatic/logical person but some of the shit y'all do makes no sense.

I don't know you but it makes me so upset when I see guys getting run through the wringer....I hope you come out of this a better person (and not kill her even though she may deserve it, LOL). Just find a girl that can keep her crazy mostly contained/restrained.....or at least knows that she's crazy.

Thanks for the support guys. Apex'i ITR, thats some crazy shit man... I'd be livid and I hope your friend does either get to see his kid after this or gets to be done with the matter. Probably the worst part of this is I now have a criminal record, so I can no longer own a gun and this is going to affect job offers when I get out of college, so I HAVE to get this dropped.

Well I signed up for the classes and its rather sad they had to put me on a month long waiting list... So either there are that many women batterers here in NV or as you've seen through me its just that easy to get someone convicted of this and there are a bunch of crazy women here in NV. This does give me hope that I won't even have to take the classes as I'm hoping I'll have a court date before they get to me on the list and then once I have the court date the judges previous ruling is over ruled and I don't have to take the classes!

Well I actually heard from her boss that they both got their names tattooed on each other, so I guess thats so she can remember his name after all the guys she cheating on him with... The sad thing is, is he makes pretty good money and I believe his parents bought him a house (his parents are rich), so if they do divorce she could potentially take half of the house and with how much property costs out here she could live nicely off that back in GA for a while.

Well I went to court today and the judge was perplexed as to why my lawyer wasn't there. This is supposed to be a review hearing to check to see if I signed up for the batters treatment classes and I did, so why they wanted my lawyer there was beyond me, but the judge had his assistant on the phone as I walked into the court room, so we sent up a date that he was free and they were free, so I'm going back on July 15th with my lawyer. Could anyone shed light onto why they may want my lawyer there for a review hearing?

Everyone seems to think that the judge realized that it was a "witchhunt" and that they may just drop the case completely. This is due to the fact that the judge was smiling at me and actually being a bit jovial. So we'll see... You do bring up a good point though Tripp. It's just all I thought I was going to do is go in and get asked if I had signed up. Say yes and then be done with it. I'll call my lawyer on Tuesday and see whats going on.

he may want/need your lawyer present, especially if he is going to drop the case. he wont do that without our representation there. he can do it without you being there but not your lawyer... and again, that is just me sayn... my case was dropped against me without me being there, but my lawyer was there...
