Finaly did my headlights

As if I didn't already have enough stuff to do I decided to put the M28 project on hold for a bit & do the Ebo headlights. I painted the housing flat black. Somked the fog, high beam reflectors, & upper side marker. Then painted the lower side marker amber. Still need to get some silicone to seal them up & then swap out the marker bulbs. Over all I'm very pleased. Here's the pics. I took them a bit ago & the sun was already going down so they're not that great. I'd take pics of em on the car, but there's no bumper or hood on it anyway.

No they are muckh more of a pain. About the same to take appart, but I had to paint 3 diffrent colors & let one dry overnight so I could mask it off. Overall a much bigger pain in the ass than yours were. Jup das da M28 :D

I gotz to get Jim taken care of first cause I promised him a while ago but I'll put ya on the list.

The yellow fog is just the bulb right? If so we can swap that out too. Keep in mind that I smoked the fog & high beam reflectors so they will not be very bright when used. I never use mine anyway so it didn't matter to me. I just wanted all the chrome inside gone. If you'd rather have yers done diffrently I can do that.

dang those look good. I did the same thing to mine with the lower amber part. I just took mine apart and painted the lower amber and put them back together. I like the flat black. I may have to take mine apart again and paint the black chrome a satin black.

I liked the black chrome inside, but every time I saw one with the flat black inside I loved it. What did you use for your amber paint? Looks good.

i used the tamiya clear orange paint from the hobby store. I need to redo the driver side though...it's a little messed up. That's y i was thinking of redoing it with black housings. I really like the black housings on yours

Yes, it's only a bulb but I want it bright so I guess you can do mine slightly different than yours.

Not much can be done about the upper blinker bulb. You have to remove the reflector to get rid of the amber.
