Installed My Rexpeed Lip!!

Got it done on Sunday. I think it looks pretty good. Not as nice as the real Ralliart but they are 3x the price if you can find em new. Big ups to Ryan for helping me with the install and for the most creative use of a swiss army knife! Before anyone makes the comment side spats should be here next week.

lol, I wish! That's actually a giant mirror reflecting my car. JK, that's Ryan's DD. Which is now sporting my old SE lip. Looks hot too.

I was pushing around 600 at the wheel on pump gas but have decided to downsize the turbo for less power but quicker spool. Seems more practical for track use. It should still put 575 at the wheel, but will spool up 2k faster than it previously did.

The carbon fiber lip really looks good on your car. I'd consider trying to get one as well, but I think it might interfere with the front corner air dams. I bet it took a long time to install and put everything back.

Installing the lips are very easy. Just take your bumper off, unscrew the current lip, and then screw on your new one. It took me about 30 minutes to install mine.

once the undertray is off it's like Dan said, a matter of screwing in a couple bolts. there are so many damn clips and screws on the undertray though...

Yeah, dont forget to add 1.5 hours to remove lower tray.

doesn't the undertray 'clip' to the oem lip? my cf lip doesnt have holes for the clips so i didnt reinstall my undertray. it's been over a year so i cant remember....

it sucked taking mine off as well, so i figured it would suck just as bad putting it back on. maybe my lip does have the places to connect. maybe ill look. im too old to get down there just fot that though, ill have to wait til i got other stuff to do. multitasking is the only way for us old folks

LOL! ^^ so damn true, like a week after i got my evo in 05 i changed the oil with most of the undertray on and then i put on my downpipe and like broke the tray in like 8 places because the clips wouldnt come out.
