He;s a former Teg Type-R driver and numerous eg with jdm type-r swaps, so it was good to see him finally get a turbo.
Anyways, I'm kind of impressed with the car, it was so wet yesterday that I was able to become nostalgic as he was losing all types of traction and control....just like my old GS-T
But actually it's a fun car, I'd never driven or ridden in one and sure, it's no EVo, but damn it if it doesn't have some potential.

Very capable motor and with its large displacement it'll spool a large turbo quickly. It desperately needs a LSD though.

I was at a point where I was about to boost my '00 civic si. I knew the b16 would be a fun reliable platform, but then I found a good deal on an evo. The rest is history...

I did boost my old platform (s14 240sx) and loved it. In some ways it was more fun than the Evo. I mean try drifting an Evo around a u-turn while its dry. lol I have no regrets, but would love to have my 240 also.

RWD is fun too. What made you trade up Trip? You get tired of it?

did you turbo that truck engine that was in it or did you do the sr20det swap?

I had an SR20DET swap. It was a fun car, but i made the switch because of my move. Since the area im moving to has snow i wanted to get something AWD and more reliable. Id love to still have that car and its one of my project cars im looking at, but i think im leaning more towards an SC300 with a 1JZGTTE.
