You can pay for my pull and will be free for me!
The only free thing was last meet on V-day when Dan paid for dinner.

I thought I was going to get a free meal today, thanks to you Craig, but I ended up paying for someone's meal. Oh well. I would be there next weekend but I'll be at the house.

I couldn't see leaving them with an unpaid bill. You don't want to leave that kind of negative image. We can't have them thinking that Evo owners don't take care of their business.
The kicker was that bill was twice what mine was.

They didn't leave "me" with the bill. I opted to pay for it when the waiter came around with another bill and nobody was claiming that it was there's. It was the proper thing to do.

Dan you're such a gentleman. Thanks for upholding our image. Who didn't come off the hip and pay for their meal?
Btw, I have been contemplating a Walbro for a while. Does it make your car less efficient on gas?

That depends ... in closed loop (idle/cruise) the ECU can correct for the increased flow easily. In open loop (in boost/high throttle) the ECU doesn't correct, so you will run richer. If you tune the car with the pump installed, there should be no difference in fuel consumption.

I've been waiting to get a couple more things before I retune. I have the MBC waiting, but I want to get a fuel pump and LICP(at the least) before retuning.

I would definitely get the FP before the tune, but the LICP won't really matter. It's always best to get your parts before the tune though.

I had my car retuned after I installed my licp and Walbro together. Definitely wait to get a retune after installing all your parts.

I'm thinking it will be a somewhat noticeable difference.

I installed the same kit myself about 4 years ago onto a nissan nx. Good kit, lots of info about installing it on the internet as well. Good luck and have fun
