Well we started putting the M3 back together today. And ran into another problem. We just cant win. This happened when removing the adapter (not installing it). It seems the guys who built the head cross threaded it into the head. :(

^^^ haha well if u makes u feel any better my cars NOT tunning right!! my o2 on the dump is saying there is a leak somewhere and its running really rich but to me it feels fine we stopped there and now we are gonna start again tomarrow yay!

It was cross threaded & broke off when we were pulling it out. We could tell instantly that is was cross threaded but had to get it out to repair the threads anyway. It can be welded, but I wanna see what the company we got it from wants me to do with it first.

Finally got it all back together & running again tonight. I'm so glad to be done with all the headaches this issue has caused. Time to start another project.

^ I think you know what is next. :D I'm gonna swing by & give him a down payment today if I can so I know I'm safe to start working on it without fear that someone else will buy it out from under me. Once that's finalized I'll be giving you a heads up if ya wanna join in on the fun.

But asside from that I've got tons of projects in the hopper. Gotta start Knockin em out.

some jb weld or quik steel will fix er up.

I'm a master with the JB weld, but I aint riskin it on something like that. We had it professionally welded & re tapped. She's back in & running finally.
